What does Human Capital Management do?
HCM is an executive search, recruitment, and professional staff consulting firm dedicated to identifying exceptional and qualified job candidates for committed client companies. We search for individuals to fill executive, upper management and administrative positions. We provide services to Clients whose business is within the industry of Government, Health Care Services, Public Relations and Retail Management.
HCM also serves as a consultant to professionals who are actively seeking career opportunities, or have a future interest at the executive, administrative or management level. HCM provides personal advice and develops a customized plan for individuals, which includes: Interview consulting, Resume preparation, Self assessment analysis, Wellness and appearance, Transportation services/relocation assistance and Customized training and skill development.

HCM does not. Some companies do.
HCM also serves as a consultant to professionals who are actively seeking career opportunities, or have a future interest at the executive, administrative or management level. A non-refundable, one-time consultation fee is charged to the Job Candidate for consultation services.

What happens when a Client is interested in a job candidate?
We will prepare BOTH the Client and the candidate prior to the interview, followed by a debriefing of both parties after the interview. We assist our Clients in identifying the ideal candidate, pointing out the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate as well as their compatibility with your company.
We discuss the offer with the lead candidate. Negotiation of any differences occurs at this time. A subsequent formal offer is only made at this point to the candidate to complete the client's search. We offer guidance to the candidate through the resignation process and potential counter-offer. A timely follow-up is made with both the client and new hire to make certain a successful working relationship was achieved.

How does HCM bill for its services?
A non-refundable, one-time consultation fee is charged to the Job Candidate for consultation services provided by HCM. Terms and conditions for payment are specified in the Candidate Services Agreement, typically discussed and reviewed prior to services being rendered. Payment is due at the time the Job Candidate enters the Candidate Services Agreement with HCM. Check or money order is made payable to: Human Capital Management, LLC.
