Client Consultation
We discuss your needs, the ideal candidate, the job description and your timeline for hire. It is recommended that time be allotted for a preview of the worksite during the client consultation. Having an understanding of your company's organizational structure and worklife culture greatly increases the likelihood of a successful hire.

Background Verification
A thorough background check of all final candidates is conducted. We check criminal records, driving records, social security number, and academic credentials when requested by the client. Most information is returned in less than 72 hours.

Interview Process Management
Clients are given a profile of each candidate and provided technical assistance in selecting candidates for the interview. We arrange and coordinate all of the logistics associated with the interview. We will prepare BOTH the client and the candidate prior to the interview, followed by a debriefing of both parties after the interview.

Selection Process Management

Offer Negotiation
We discuss the offer with the lead candidate. Negotiation of any differences occurs at this time. A subsequent formal offer is only made at this point to the candidate to complete the client's search.
